In this beginner, two-part workshop, students will take their photographs from screen to paper. We will examine the elements that make a successful photographic print and use this as a framework to guide our selective edits. To achieve the best possible outcome on paper, we will focus on resolution, tonal range, and color balance, among other criteria, making basic adjustments in Adobe Photoshop as we prepare files to print on an Epson inkjet printer. During the workshop, each student will select and print two photographs.
