Dia de los Muertos Art Workshop with Dona Roman

Join us for a Latin American Fiesta Saturday October 21st! 

Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts (TCFA) presents a Dia de los Muertos art workshop from 3-4:30 pm in the TCFA Art Lab downstairs (all ages, free to attend - donations appreciated). Upstairs from 4:30-7:30 pm, the Trumansburg PTO will sell food and beverages along with providing free music and dancing.

Choose from delicious, authentic Latino-Carribean dishes prepared by local parent Henry Arias (Uncle Reggie's Sumpin' Spanish). Pre-orders are appreciated and will be taken through 10/18 by visiting https://tburgpto.com/latin-american-fiesta/. Pick up to go meals or stay to eat there and enjoy Latin American music and dancing!

Meal includes a choice of one entree, 3 sides (choices: fried sweet bananas, Cassava, white rice, brown rice, rice with peas, pork & beans) and coconut pudding for dessert for $20. Kid's meal includes a choice of one half-portion entree, one side and dessert for $10. Drinks will also be sold separately at the event (Sangria, beer, and soft drinks).

A free Latin dance lesson with TCFA teacher Samantha Johnson is scheduled from 5:30-6:00, ending with a Dia de Los Muertos line dance for all to enjoy. Proceeds support the Trumansburg PTO.
