Featuring the traditional Finger Lakes dance music of TOiVO, all proceeds from the event will benefit the Conservatory

WHAT: Spring Ahead Dance-Party Fundraiser for Trumansburg Conservatory, music by TOiVO, with waltz and polka dance instruction by Rick Lightbody and Carol Johnson

WHERE: Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts, 5 McLallen Street, Trumansburg, NY

WHEN: Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 3:00-6:00 pm (waltz/dance instruction 3:00 – 4:00, music for dancing 4:00 – 6:00)


This fun event will take place in the TCFA auditorium on the biggest, best wooden dance floor in the Finger Lakes. All ages are welcome to enjoy music that is good for dancing and good for listening! Refreshments will be available. Bring a partner or come alone! Wallflowers are welcome, too!

TOiVO is a band from Trumansburg, NY featuring a mix of instrumentals and vocals for dancing waltzes, tangos, cajun two-steps, country honky-tonk, swing, polkas, and cheek to cheek slow dances. See more about TOiVO at

The band consists of Richard Koski, button accordion; Jason Koski, mandolin; Stefan Senders, banjo, Jim Reidy and Paul Martin guitars, Harley Campbell on upright bass and Annie Campbell, snare drum. See more about Toivo at their web site:
