On the fourth Monday of each month the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts will host an acoustic blues guitar jam. The first session will be on Monday, October 22nd from 7 – 9 PM. Bill Gregg, long time guitar teacher at TCFA, has presented several blues workshops at the conservatory in recent years. He is inviting guitarists of all levels who are interested in traditional blues to get together and play with others who enjoy this music. The format will be a round robin jam where each player can take a turn leading a song while others join in. For those who don’t feel comfortable in leading, it is perfectly OK to pass and just play along. Other acoustic instruments are welcome to join in too (mandolin, acoustic bass, fiddle, jug etc.) For more information contact Bill Gregg at info@harmonic-resources.com
