We are pleased to offer a new Introductory session in Irish/Riverdance-style Dancing for Adults. Low-key and fun, plus good exercise, the series will begin on Wednesday, September 17, 7-8pm, and run for eight weeks, taught by TCFA Director of Dance Nancy Kane. This will be a relaxed, non-competitive class, supporting and encouraging first-timers. Dancers will have the option to continue with the full-year program.
Irish hard-shoe technique develops muscles, gets your heart rate up, strengthens memory, and builds power and agility while participants move rhythmically to fun music. NO SPECIAL SHOES are required to begin. Use hard-sole shoes (not sandals), tap shoes, or even some sneakers (deck shoes or dance sneakers).
Cost: $110 for 8-week series; TCFA membership requested, but not required for this series. To register, call 607-387-5939 or e-mail <skl.tcfa@gmail.com>. REGISTER TODAY!
