TCFA is presenting the Handmade Holiday Market at the conservatory on handmade market 11.13Saturday, December 7, 10-5pm. A select group of outstanding area artisans will be offering a wide range of beautiful goods for show and sale, including fiber arts, jewelry, pottery, leatherwork, stained glass, and more. Participants are Aaron Arlinghaus/Haus Leather; William Bartlett, overshot weaving & bobbin lace; Lisa Burns, stained glass; Erica Crytzer/Stone Pillow Pottery; Noelle Dembrosky, painted wood objects; Tara Finlay, mixed media jewelry; Hannah Graeper, pottery; Claire Green/See Green Jewelry; Michael Hunt/Deco Dude, vintage-styled accessories; Laurel O’Brien, artisan metal jewelry; Mark Oros & Noah Cook, stone & wood objects; and Charlotte Sharkey/Caravan Fiber, felted objects. Dance families will also find a small selection of dancewear, presented by the TCFA director of dance and good for gift-giving.
Music will be provided during the day by the Trumansburg Community Chorus (1pm) and by some of TCFA’s favorite Irish musicians. Plus simple food and snacks from Word of Mouth Catering will be available.
Held on Trumansburg’s annual Winterfest weekend, the Holiday Market offers visitors the chance to shop for beautiful, artistic wares. Admission is free.
